Designing for mobile convergence
Advanced Session, presented by Oliver Weidlich & Rod Farmer.
This presentation will discuss various issues associated with mobile convergence goals. It will explore the typical convergence pitfalls, how to avoid them, and most importantly, how to integrate mobile into a multi-platform, multi-destination digital strategy.
In this presentation we explore the differences between siloed, multi-channel, multi-targeted, and continuous mobile experiences as they apply to a range of contexts and design objectives. We conclude with a series of recommendations practitioners can employ to ensure a more integrated, seamless, and converged mobile experience.
